She’s studied the ancient practice with world-renowned Master Gurus, trekked to meditation caves in the Himalayan mountains, swam in the Ganges River, and returned to say, “Wow, none of that was necessary. Just relax.” As a meditation teacher-slash-comedian-slash-smartass, House easily demystifies meditation and makes it accessible to everyone especially those convinced they could never meditate. Shift happens. When we meditate we shift from head to heart, from thinking into being, from Ego to Self. And that's a really good thing. When you meditate, you get to be the you that you are, not the version that's all covered up in stress. Aaah. You can meditate right along with me, even if you've never done it before.
